MG Finance SA obtains investment fund manager licences in Luxembourg (CSSF) and Switzerland (FINMA). Launch of the UCITS sub-fund ARCHEA Patrimoine.
Merger of Financière Mermod SA and GLG Finance SA. The new company name becomes MG Finance SA.
Launch of the first MGF Artificial Intelligence thematic certificate, followed by 8 further themes. MG Finance SA today offers 9 AMCs covering sectors with strong growth potential.
